Enrollment Meetings for High School Families: Call Sandy Yip at 488-5060 or email her at yipsandra@verizon.net. Mail in all forms ahead of time to 2006 Lincoln Court, Oxnard, CA 93030. Meetings are set in the afternoons on specific days. Enrollment must be complete (every form and all fees) by August 31st! There is space for all returning high school families and five new high school families.

Mile High Pines Camp -- Home School Family Camp in the San Bernardino Mountains - springtime

CHEA Convention -- 2nd weekend in July.

Hartland Christian Camp -- Home School Family Camp in the Sequoia Mountains – Held three times each year (usually May, September and October).

Stanford Achievement Testing is available around the county. CASA Camarillo (tutorial support program) and ACHEV (general support network) usually offer SAT testing the week prior to or following Easter. Sign up in the fall. You MUST be a member of either organization to participate in their testing. If you are unable to participate with either of these organizations, you may call 1-800-845-5731 Bob Jones University (BJU) to locate a list of SAT testers in your area. Individual testers usually require a fee of $25 - $50 per day. The test process takes about 3 days. Just be sure that the testing is complete before re-enrollment of your 5th - 11th grade students.

School Photos for Photo IDs - VIP Photography in Oxnard will take snap shots of your students and the teacher (if desired for a faculty ID). The VIP photo ID is furnished by El Shaddai Academy. Packet prices start around $15 per student. Ask VIP for up-to-date prices. Call 805-385-9720 to make an appointment.

Eighth Grade and High School Graduations are available through the various support groups in Ventura County. Email the school office to ask about the list. If our school should have a minimum of six graduates in 8th grade or a minimum of six graduates in 12th grade, we'll call a committee (parents of graduates) meeting in January. El Shaddai Academy would then host graduation ceremonies. Additional fees would apply.
